I am comfortable in my own skin. criticism can’t define me or push me away from my own ambitious. I am tough like a rock. I won’t hesitate.

those are my words to me .. to always remember that it’s okay to have downs in order to make it to the ups. it is okay to ask for help .. you are a human and humans need support.

you are capable of doing what ever you decide to do; what ever you find works for you, go on for it.

Nothing is wrong with you being you..that is what makes your existence worthy
